Is it for the finish line? For the structure and routine? Or is it something deeper? A need to move, to challenge yourself, to feel more like you?

For me, triathlon has always been more than swim-bike-run. It’s a way of life. An answer to my restlessness. A source of confidence and motivation. But also a brilliant opportunity to connect with people, discover myself and grow through the inevitable challenges of life with strength, purpose and a healthy dose of perspective.

So yes, it’s about lacing your trainers, analysing watts and chasing your best-ever race. But it’s also about everything that happens along the way. Who you are, and who you are becoming as a person.

Whether you’re training for your first sprint, stepping up to 70.3 or going long, that’s the journey I want to share with you. Ready for the ride?

I offer personalised triathlon coaching in Switzerland and beyond, combining structured training plans with real human support. We’ll look at heart rate and power, run pacing and carbs per hour, but we’ll also modulate around your personal life, factor in work pressures and take a closer look at your doubts and fears.

You’ll get more than just a plan. You’ll get structure when you need it, flexibility when life gets messy, and someone in your corner who knows when to push, when to hold back and when to simply say: you’re doing great. If you’re looking for clarity, consistency and a coach who truly listens, you’re in the right place.

In practice, this looks like:

  • Bespoke triathlon training plans via Training Peaks, tailored to your goals, time and experience
  • Support across swim, bike and run plus guidance on strength, mobility, recovery, equipment, sports fueling…
  • Ongoing communication so you’re never left wondering if you’re doing it right
  • Adaptability. Weekly adjustments as needed, because life isn’t predictable
  • A triathlon coach who listens, who’s been there and who brings real-world experience, not just theory
  • In-person sessions if location and timing allow
  • In-field metabolic testing (INSCYD) possible at additional cost
